Service scope
RoleMettle provides résumé, LinkedIn, cover-letter, job-tailoring, and interview-readiness writing services according to the package description shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, a writing package includes two revision rounds requested within 14 calendar days after the first draft. Each round means one consolidated batch of feedback. Job Application Jumpstart includes one consolidated revision round, and its Interview Readiness Guide is delivered with the project materials.
Truthful information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing all dates, employers, education, credentials, skills, and results. RoleMettle will not knowingly invent or misrepresent qualifications or career facts. We may pause work to clarify information that appears incomplete or inconsistent.
Voluntary customer feedback
Feedback does not affect service or support. RoleMettle may display a customer's exact words publicly only after the customer grants separate public-sharing permission. Permission may be withdrawn by contacting support. RoleMettle may decline to publish feedback that contains private information, abusive content, or claims that cannot be presented responsibly.
AI-assisted, human-reviewed work
Professional writing tools, including AI, may assist with drafting and editing. Every client document is personally reviewed, fact-checked against the information you provide, and refined by a human before delivery.
Turnaround and revisions
Standard career-service turnaround is 3–5 business days after we receive payment and a complete intake. Delays in answers, missing files, scheduling, or major scope changes may extend delivery. Revisions cover reasonable wording and formatting changes within the original target role or purchased service scope. A new target role or full new direction may require a new order. Rush service is not currently available.
Payments and cancellations
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and payment is due before work begins. Cancellations and refund requests are handled under the RoleMettle refund policy.
No employment or ATS guarantee
RoleMettle does not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation, recruiter responses, or performance in any applicant tracking system. Hiring decisions and third-party screening systems are outside our control.
Final files and acceptable use
After full payment, you may use and edit your delivered career documents for your own job search. You may not resell RoleMettle templates or represent another person’s experience as your own.
Limitation
The service is professional writing and guided consulting assistance, not legal, tax, financial, recruiting, employment, licensing, or platform-management advice. To the extent permitted by law, RoleMettle’s responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the service involved.
